TECTONIKA offers the traditional project delivery method design-bid-build based on architectural plans provided by owners and/or architects. Our company is responsible for providing all of the material, labor, equipment and services necessary for the construction of the project.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
TECTONIKA’s background in architecture and construction management services allows our company to offer an overall planning, coordination and control of a project from inception to completion oriented to achieve our client’s requirements in order to produce a functionally, aesthetically and financially viable project.
DESIGN-BUILD
We are looking forward to providing our clients with the ambitious idealistic “fusion” between the builder and the design team so the owner can fully take advantage of the whole new concept process of design-build offered by TECTONIKA which makes us idiosyncratically notable in the competitive Californian design-construction market.
